Its name comes from an ancient church dedicated to San Pantaleo, which no longer exists. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The structure, approximately <strong>5\u20136 meters<\/strong> high, is partially preserved today but its main features are still recognizable. It originally had two entrances: the southern one has collapsed, while the eastern one is still visible, despite its precarious condition. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inside, there is a <strong>lower chamber<\/strong> connected to a corridor that served as a staircase leading to the upper level. The walls, nearly <strong>3 meters<\/strong> thick, attest to the sturdiness of the structure. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The nuraghe is notable for its use of a particular material: <strong>boulders of shell conglomerate<\/strong>, a type of stone that is uncommon in the area.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-121f71a6195019b553d75f6593f2e2fc wp-block-paragraph\">The site is not managed by the San Michele institution and is located on <strong>private property<\/strong>.
